Meet our team
Graduate Fellows play a vital role in developing and enriching the overall College Prep community and are responsible for carrying out a variety of academic, social, and enrichment programming in addition to supervising program assistants and the cohorts.
Undergraduate Program Assistants create opportunities for scholars to learn about themselves and are responsible for facilitating the general safety and well-being of the College Prep community by attending classes, sessions, meals, and off-campus events with students.
Student Assistants support the WashU College Prep Program by supporting office operations, assisting with events, and contributing to special projects that enhance the scholar experience.
