Madinah Muhammad is a 22-year-old Chicago native. She received her B.S. in Neuroscience at the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC) at 19. After taking two years off to get hands-on experience and plan for the next steps of her academic career, she is now pursuing her Master’s in Public Health with a Mental and Behavioral Health concentration at WashU.

Madinah’s interests are developmental, educational, and childhood psychology and the impact of childrearing on behavior and mental health outcomes. Coupling these studies with her interests in writing, music, and mentorship, in her role as graduate fellow for the WashU college prep program, she is excited to inspire youth to find their passions, tap into their gifts, and work towards their full potential.
